Elly Braund trained at Laban, graduating in 2011. At Laban, she performed in works by Kerry Nicholls and Gary Lambert. She also worked with Kerry Nicholls on a commission for Purbeck Arts Week 2011, in a collaborative piece with Meridian Brass, AVE MARIS STELLA. In 2011, she performed Nicholls’ choreography at the Royal Festival Hall as part of the 60th anniversary celebrations for the 1951 Festival of Britain. Elly joined Richard Alston Dance Company as an Apprentice in 2011.
