Support for EU and other students

The Conservatoire Bursary Scheme is only open to UK-resident students who are new to higher education.

London Contemporary Dance School attracts a number of students from other EU countries as well as students who have already completed a programme of study at another higher education institution and these students are not eligible for the Conservatoire Bursary Scheme.

The Conservatoire has, therefore, set aside some additional funds to provide bursaries to these students. Please check the Conservatoire for Dance and Drama’s website for information as this becomes available.

London Contemporary Dance School also manages hardship funds and hardship loans to provide support to students who need extra help from the Access to Learning Fund, which is separate from the Conservatoire bursary scheme. The Access to Learning fund provides small grants (non-repayable) to students who find themselves in financial difficulty during the course of the academic year.
