Access for People with Disabilities

An image of the Robin Howard Dance Theatre entrance, taken by Dennis Gilbert
The Place aims to make all of its facilities and activities accessible to people with disabilities.

Parking

There is on-street parking for Blue badge holders outside our Duke's Road and Flaxman Terrace entrances, which have level access to the foyers and access by lift to all floors.

The Building

Our building has been designed to be fully accessible for wheelchair users to visit or work in.

Visting the Theatre

Our auditorium has four spaces for wheelchair users, and is fitted with a Sennheiser infra-red hearing system. The Box Office is fitted with an induction loop. Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome. Free tickets are available to people accompanying disabled people.

Assistance
