Classes are available for all abilities from complete beginners to advanced students. We have created a series of videos that give you an indication of the different levels we offer allowing you to select the class that suits you best.
Introduction
Take your first steps into dance in these relaxed and informative sessions for absolute beginners. Expert teachers will guide you through the basics, building your movement vocabulary, co-ordination and confidence.
Elementary/Level 1
Fun and informal classes for people who have had some previous experience in contemporary dance or ballet and hold a basic understanding of the techniques involved, who are looking to develop their skills. These classes will build confidence, improve technique and increase your dance vocabulary. Please note these classes are NOT for complete beginners. Intermediate/Level 2
These courses are designed to expand your knowledge and performance skills. You will work further on technique and learning the dynamics of movement phrasing. These classes are also suitable for people with experience who are returning to dance. Click on the link to watch a short video of a ballet and contemporary Advanced/Level 2 class.
Advanced/Level 3
Fast-paced challenging courses for people with significant training in contemporary dance or ballet. The emphasis will be on building movement sequences which will stretch your facility and versatility. These classes are mainly aimed at advanced and vocational students. Open
These courses are suitable for all levels and abilities except for absolute beginners. You should have a sound knowledge of contemporary, jazz or ballet technique.
