These classes are for students who hold a basic understanding in contemporary or ballet and would like to develop their skills; building confidence, improving technique and increasing dance vocabulary. They comprise of a variety of exercises at the barre, enabling students to warm muscles and mobilise joints whilst refining and developing technique. The class continues with combinations in the centre, culminating with allegros and travelling sequences across the floor.

This course runs from 3-7 August and the price quoted is for the full 5 days.


Teacher's Biography:

Natalie is a Freelance Practitioner for The Royal Opera House and teaches Junior Associates at The Royal Ballet School. She is also an Associate Dance Artist for English National Ballet and Founder/Director of Balletomane, a charitable performing ballet company for amateur adult dancers.
