These classes are designed to develop technique, dance knowledge and performance skills, through structured exercises and dynamic movement phrases. Intermediate level is also suitable for participants with experience who are returning to dance.
ReGina believes that dancing is a celebration of being alive!
Constantly remembering this, her classes are dynamic and energetic, with a strong focus on moving big, filling up the space inside and around the dancer. Her background in both Jazz and Modern dance ensures that her classes are versatile and that musicality is always emphasized. She greatly supports individuality and encourages dancers to become the best they can possibly be by connecting them to their 'amazingness'.
This course runs for 5 days, and the price quoted is for the full 5 days.
Originally from The Netherlands, ReGina commenced her studies at the Jazz Department of The Theatre School in Amsterdam and completed her training at The Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London. Since then she has worked as a freelance, choreographer, teacher and dancer, working with dance passionistas of different, backgrounds, ages and abilities.
"Every week I looked forward to your class!" The Place-Adult Dance Student.
ReGina has worked as a Rehearsal Director and tutor at The Rambert School in London and the Maslool Professional Training Program in Tel Aviv, directed by Naomi Perlov. She loves witnessing the growth of her students and is passionate about helping them reach their full potential. She enjoys collaborating with other artists and has worked closely with guest choreographers such as Mark Baldwin of The Rambert Dance Company in London.
“She takes great pride in her work, is always upfront, caring, honest and hardworking. The results were outstanding and several young artists have now joined the company.” Mark Baldwin.
