London Contemporary Dance School is very proud of the success achieved by its alumni; many are high profile award winners and world leading pioneers of dance but may not be household names. Here we highlight a few of their past achievements.

Celeste Dandeker-Arnold OBE, founded Candoco Dance Company. The first company of its kind in the UK – a professional dance company focused on the integration of disabled and non-disabled artists. In 2013 Celeste won the Liberty Human Rights Award in recognition for her work.

We also boast the internationally renowned musical theatre choreographer Anthony Van Laast, he’s choreographed musicals including Mama Mia, Sister Act and most recently Beauty and the Beast. The reach of the School's alumni stretches beyond the boundaries of contemporary dance with graduates working in other forms of dance and the performing arts. Kim Brandstrup’s work Jeux was recently performed by New York City Ballet and his most recent commission Transfigured Night is currently being performed by Rambert at Sadler’s Wells. He has previously been commissioned by The Royal Ballet, es Grands Ballets Canadiens, and the Royal Danish Ballet.
