You can also read our FAQ's HERE.

By booking onto one of our classes you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions outlined below.

1) Covid-19 Mitigations:

1.1) It is vital that if your dancer feels unwell, they stay at home.

1.2) If your young dancer has to self-isolate at any point during the term due to testing positive for COVID-19, we will issue a credit note upon receipt of a proof of isolation notice from the NHS for the affected sessions.

1.3) If social distancing measures have to be reintroduced during the term for the health and safety of staff and participants, we will split the class into two groups and have the two groups in the building one week on, one week off. In this instance you will be issued with a credit note, the amount of which we will pro-rata for the in-studio sessions missed. You will be contacted by the Children and Youth Dance Team informing you of the logistics of these changes.

1.4) In the event that London is placed under full lockdown restrictions, our classes will be moved to a reduced online Zoom programme with mixed age groups and the difference in price will be refunded as a credit note at a pro-rata rate depending on how many sessions have been delivered.

2) Refunds:

2.1) All requests for refunds must be received in writing.

2.2) We are unable to offer refunds except on receipt of a medical note, in which case a pro-rata refund will be issued. For all other circumstances, you will receive a credit note.
