Experience a day in the life of a Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) student here at The Place. Join in and enjoy contemporary technique, ballet and creative classes with our experienced and inspiring CAT teachers. This will be followed by a short Q&A session where you will have the chance to find out more about our outstanding training programme. All abilities are welcome.
We will have 3 age groups for the Experience Day:

How to apply:
The application are now closed for the 2019/2020 entry.
Auditions for the Centre for Advanced Training are by application only.
All applicants are required to submit a completed online application form along with a headshot before they are invited to an audition/interview. Full audition/interview details will be sent to applicants within two weeks of receiving their completed application form.
Making your application
Register with the website: Once you have done this you will be able to log out and return to your application at any point to continue with your application. If you do not have an account, you will be redirected to the registration page.
Log in and complete the online application form: The form is spread across four separate steps. At each step you must submit your details in order to save it.
Once you have completed all four steps you will have the opportunity to review and edit any of the details you have saved before confirming your application. You can log in later to amend an incomplete application via this page. Every section of the form should be completed as fully as possible in English.
Once you have confirmed your application you will be redirected to the homepage where it will say “Your application has been saved!”
You will be allocated an audition date by email (please be aware this may take up to 2 weeks).

No previous dance experience is necessary but we do look for energy, commitment, potential and a passion for learning contemporary dance.
