  • The Place awarded Creative Europe Grant for project developing dance performance for young audiences.

    The Place, has successfully secured a 200,000 Euro Creative Europe grant towards a 333,000 Euro project with 3 EU partners. The project which will test a new model of developing dance performance for young audiences will start in October and run for 2 years.

    There is a vibrant, internationally mobile network of early career dance makers in Europe creating innovative, challenging and relevant performance experiences for adults, but this vitality is not matched in the breadth of dance performance on offer for young audiences.
