This class builds up on and encourages a positive collective energy whilst valuing each dancer’s individual movement language and qualities. Phrases and exercises will emphasise building strength and stamina, through energetic, and rhythmically varied dance phrases. In a release-based style, the session explores directional shifts, the demands of tip and fall, and the possibilities found in challenging phrasing.
