Khyle’s sessions will provide you with a better understanding of how to support and improve you movement capacity away from technique. Using Strength and conditioning principles to improve components of fitness: such as strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, agility etc; the aim is to expose you to training strategies, to use in and out of the dance studio.
Khyle Eccles is a strength and conditioning specialist for dancers who finds strategies and solutions to help dancer grow, and improve their physical capacity. Khyle trained at Rambert; he also holds a Masters degree in Dance Science from Trinity Laban. As a performer, Khyle looks to inspire and excite, and has toured globally with numerous dance and performance companies, in large and small scale productions. Khyle Teaches at many universities and conservatoires across the UK as a visiting lecturer, tutor, and coach; as well as working with professional dancers and dance companies.
Open Level is suitable for anyone who has had over a years’ experience in either contemporary dance or ballet. Championing personal development, the focus in this class is less on technique and more on the individual quality and style of movement.
