About the work:
This on-going collaborative project explores the expressive potentialities of women’s bodies through intimacy, touch and collective reclaiming. Promoting an emotional landscape of bravery, in response to restrictive normative attitudes to the sensual and visceral body, Slug Horizons enquires into the marginalised affection, sexuality, power and energies within the intimate bodies of women.

As part of Splayed, Amy has invited Eve and Florence to spend some time in residency at The Place to continue the development of this project. The performance is in response to this creative residency.

Due to its experimental nature and on-going evolution, we have made the decision in conjunction with the artists to reimagine the viewing structure of this durational performance, to benefit both audience and artists' experience.
