Depi teaches contemporary dance, in particular Limon and release techniques. The class teaches dance routines introducing elements of those contemporary techniques with playfulness and musicality. There are also led improvisations to discover a variety of forms, shapes and dynamics of the body travelling through the space. The focus of the class is learning new movement vocabulary, control, flow, coordination, strengthening and stretching, embracing the quality of embodiment.
