Technique / Style:

Using release-based technique as an influence, the class allows the body to find tension and release through organic and free flowing sequences, challenging the body to reach its full extremity, as well as rediscovering the fundamentals of efficiency and form. By doing so, the class will test the body to actively release and to challenge you to find more possibilities of suspension and recovery as the combinations build with complexity, strength and flow, ultimately helping you to rediscover the joy of moving.
