A highly physical fast pace class which explores different dynamics and rhythm drawing on hip hop foundation and dynamic floor work.

About Yukiko

Yukiko is a Tokyo born dancer & choreographer. As a performer, she has worked with Art of Spectra, Cathy Waller, Jose Agudo, James Cousins, Norrdans, Rhiannon Faith,Tamsin Fitzgerald, TRIBE and more. She has done rehearsal directing and assisting for Agudo Company and Impact Dance on international projects such as a revival of A thousand shepherd’s for Cape Dance Company, British Council Live Vibe in Caracas.

Yukiko was commissioned to create a piece Falling Family by The Place, DanceXchange and NSCD. Recently, she has also created a piece for BA2 students at NSCD. She is a recipient of Choreography award from DanceXchange and her work has been seen at Norrlandsopera, Storyhouse, Tokyo Aoyama round theatre and more.
