Michelle’s classes focus on developing a solid foundation on Ballet technique from the barre right through to the centre work. Working towards strengthening the core and constantly improving on alignment and extension, Michelle strives to encourage a strong emphasis on movement quality and expression, to enable the dancer to experience the wonderful sensation that this art form can bring.
This class is a blended session (in-person & online). The class will take place in the studios whilst being streamed on Zoom simultaneously for our online programme. By enrolling or dropping in to these sessions, you consent to appearing on Zoom during class.
