Tanztheater Introduction with Adrian Look [IN-PERSON]

Autumn term: Mon 13 Sep – Sat 4 Dec. No classes Mon 25 – Sat 30 Oct (half-term break)

Enrolment bookings will be open for the first two weeks of term only, closing at midday on Sat 25 Sep.

Class Description:
Adrian teaches a contemporary dance class, inspired by Pina Bausch and the beautiful strength and artistic expression of Tanztheater Wuppertal. The main goal of this class is to use the technique in order to express an emotional state. This class is expressive, strong and artistic and will allow you to visualise your emotional state, let yourself go and experience your art on a deep level best described as “losing yourself in dance”.

Level Information:

• Aimed at beginners in Tanztheater, or experienced dancers in other dance forms
• Cover all the basics of Tanztheater
• Encourage creativity and physicality
• Focus on alignment and core strength
