This class builds and encourages a positive collective energy whilst valuing each dancer’s individual movement language and qualities. Phrases and exercises will emphasise building strength and stamina, through energetic, and rhythmically varied dance phrases. In a release-based style, the session explores directional shifts, the demands of tip and fall, and the possibilities found in challenging phrasing.
This class is a blended session (in-person & online). The class will take place in the studios whilst being streamed on Zoom simultaneously for our online programme. By enrolling or dropping in to these sessions, you consent to appearing on Zoom during class.
