Practical information for Family Dance Day

Here is some practical information to help you plan your day at the Family Dance Day at The Place on Saturday 22 July 2017. If you have any further questions, feel free to call us. 

All activities are designed for parents / carers to do with their children.

What to wear? 

Family Dance Day is a day fun-packed with dance and physical activities. We recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothing. 

Facilities, food & drinks

The Place provides free buggy parks on the day of the event along with fully accessible changing facilities and water fountains. 

The Place cafe offers a series of affordable and healthy mix-and-match menus for kids and adults. The cafe is open for the duration of the event and you are welcome to bring your food and drinks, listen to the musicians and enjoy your refreshments. 

How to get to Family Dance Day? 

The Place is located in a complex of buildings between Duke's Road and Flaxman Terrace, just off Euston Road in Central London.

This year, you can make your own programme. Every bookable event (shows and activities) can be booked separately. 

Each show tickets (We Are Monsters and Anydaycost £8 each or £12 if you book for both shows 

Each family activity costs £3 

All activities and shows are designed for parents and carers to do with their children so each person will need a ticket. 

All drop-in activities on the day are free
