An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a trainee to join our technical team at The Place, a creative powerhouse for dance development, leading the way in training, performance and creation.
Working alongside our highly experienced technical team, you will have the opportunity to build on your current knowledge by working on major projects and productions across the organisation. You will provide technical and administrative support for the teams as well as ensuring the highest possible technical standards in sound, video, lighting, staging and rigging for all events.
This is a full-time role and requires a flexible approach, hours will be spread across the week, usually between Monday-Saturday, although Sunday work will also be required during busy periods.
If you have knowledge and understanding of sound, lighting and video equipment, technology and computer software and experience of technical theatre and stage management and are looking to further develop your skills, then this is the job for you.

Salary: £20,092 per annum rising to £20,292 per annum on completion of six-month probationary period
