This year’s Festival offers audiences the chance to discover four female choreographers who bring powerful imagery and artistry to the stage to put the spotlight on gender politics, misconceptions and connection.

There is also an opportunity to delve deeper into the subject of gender politics in Korean contemporary dance in our pre-show seminar on Tue 2 Jun. Led by Emma Gladstone (Artistic Director and Chief Executive of Dance Umbrella) and a panel of female Korean choreographers.
