Carla’s class will focus on core work, body awareness and coordination. Her class looks at the combination of ballet and contemporary through creative tasks and dynamic choreographies.

Level description:
Combining both ballet and contemporary techniques, this class is perfect for beginners looking to improve their ballet or contemporary dance. You will be guided through the key principles in stimulating and fun sessions giving you the skills needed to develop. Classes will work towards mobilising the whole body aiming to build coordination and musicality. 

Artist’s biography:
Carla trained at National Academy Of Dramatic Art Of Rome and then in Rotterdam. She gained an MA in performance from Trinity Laban and has danced in pieces by Wies Merkx, Jii Kylian, Shang Chi-Sun and many others. Carla has taught dance since she was 18 throughout the UK, Netherlands, Italy and Croatia, leading ballet, contemporary and movement -elated classes to community groups, dance schools, and professional dancers
