Travel with Cai on a journey through improvisation, imagination and creativity. Through the use of tasks and stimulus, dancers will be encouraged to challenge themselves, exercising their minds and bodies. This intensive day will delve into the art of improvisation and creativity; both key to Cai’s style and approach to dance. Dancers will work on solos, duets and group movements while being taught to trust their originality in movement and finding new movement from a fresh perspective.
