This six-session series led by professional teacher Megan Griffiths, will introduce you to the fundamental principles of Contemporary Dance.
Joined by live musician Julie Bruce and demonstrator Blue Makwana, Megan will lead you through back work, foot exercises, swing exercises, floor work and longer phrases built across the six sessions. Each session is approximately 30 minutes long and they have been designed with small spaces in mind, making them ideal for use at home.
As the series is recorded you will be able to pause, rewind, re-watch as many times as you like* to complete the exercises, moving through the sessions at your own pace and in your own time.
By the end of the series, we hope you will have gained confidence in your knowledge of Contemporary Dance technique and discover the joy of dance!
