Led by Julia Cheng and Bradley Charles with music by DJ Snuff

Workshop Description
Hip hop is Julia’s first love, having won her first battle in 2009, she has since experimented with many other styles. Julia will be focusing on teaching some of the social dance steps in a ‘jam-style’ class with the live DJ in order to share the party dance vibe and application of developing freestyle tools. 

Bradley will be teaching a fusion of his choreographic style and grooves which will concentrate of the relationship between the dancer and music.

Fun, energetic and dynamic, the workshop will have something for everyone no matter what level of experience you have.

Artist’s Biographies
Julia Cheng, Creative Director of House of Absolute, has extensive experience working as a dance artist nationally and internationally. She specialises in a wide range of disciplines of physical theatre, contemporary and street dance styles. Recent commissions by Breakin’ Convention, Sadler’s Wells, Chinese Arts Space, South Bank Centre, V&A. Credits include Honda, Dr Martens, Wella, Audi, Vogue Italia and more. 

Music and dance has always been a big part of Bradley Charles' life. Having started dance professionally over 14 years ago, his experience has allowed him to perform both nationally as well as internationally. He has worked with some of the top commercial and underground artists in the entertainment industry. He has been able to perform and choreograph for some of the leading UK dance companies such as: Zoonation’s Into The Hoods' West End run, Boy Blue Entertainment Laurence Olivier award winning company, Flawless UK dance group and Impact Dance to name a few. Bradley has always been humbled by his successes and names performing and choreographing for the Opening Ceremony 2012 Olympic games as one of his highlights.
