Sarah enjoys working with swings and spirals, fluid, flowing and lyrical movement to explore and encourage physical expression, whilst also developing power and strength through exploring elasticity within movement. Her teaching style uses imagery and metaphor whilst actively exploring and encouraging musicality.
This course is designed for participants aged 60 and over with some dance experience. These carefully planned, fun and engaging sessions will use a variety of dance techniques and improvisation tasks to challenge you physically and creatively. The course will enable dancers to build strength and to develop their technique and musicality at an appropriate pace and level.
