Technique / Style

Julian teaches an energising and enjoyable class with a warm and encouraging approach. With a range of exercises at the barre and in the centre, students will develop their basic technique and build up to longer combinations. Drawing from his performance and choreographic experience, Julian explores with his students how the movement can be ‘performed’, with an emphasis on dynamics and musicality.

Class Description

Created for complete beginners, this 12 week course serves as an ideal starting point from which to take your first steps into classical ballet. This fun and inspirational course will guide you through the key principles; sessions will focus on posture and correct placement of the body, whilst building your coordination and confidence needed to progress on to our Ballet Improvers course.
