With its performers at the heart of artistic decision-making, Corali will share the learning it has gained over the last 30 years to enable its artists with a learning disability to become established.
Together, in this informal discussion, we will think through what we can we learn from each other, and what we need to do differently in the next 30 years for future artists with a learning disability.
Whether you are an artist with a learning disability, an arts organisation or company, a creative practitioner, an educationalist or teacher we invite you to join this forward-looking conversation.
Tea Time Conversations marks Corali’s 30th anniversary as a leader in dance-performance created by artists with a learning disability. Corali’s work is made through a process of artistic collaboration. It explores the relationship between performers with and without a learning disability, dance and other art forms, and professional and participatory artwork.
