Webinar Wednesdays is a series of free resources for professional dance artists. Each session focuses on skills that may be particularly resonant, practical and nourishing now and that may help us reimagine future realities.

Digital Design for Choreography with Nick Hillel is an introduction to video design, projection mapping and projection surfaces for choreography, with moderated Q&A.
We’ll cover in broad strokes:

  • Some of the projection materials and software available for projection onto stage.
  • How to get the best out of video design budgets with a focus specifically on choreography and dance.
  • The working practices and processes used to create visuals for live performance and projection mapping.

This webinar will take place on Zoom, hosted by Artist Development Producer Amy Bell. Zoom links will be emailed to everyone who books a place online. Each session will be recorded and made available as a subtitled video resource on The Place website.
