Workshop: Antonia Grove

Sorry, you missed this event, SIGN UP to get information on our forthcoming shows

Antonia Grove, Artistic Director of Probe, will lead a playful and energetic dance theatre workshop using themes from her upcoming performance, Now You See It, to build confidence in using improvisation in dancing. Using guided improvisation tasks, gameplay and learnt phrases you will identity the movement qualities, materials and rules to use in group improvisations later in the session.

You are invited to bring to the workshop an item of clothing/hat/mask/wig/cape(!) etc. that makes you feel more or less visible when you wear it.

Level Description
Open Level is suitable for anyone who has had over a years’ experience in either contemporary dance or ballet. Championing personal development, the focus in this class is less on technique and more on the individual's quality and style of movement.
