Technique / style:
As a teacher, Anne-Claire is particularly interested in helping each student find their own genuine path for improvement, and create a safe and respectful environment. The Zena Rommett® technique aids in the rehabilitation as well as the prevention of injuries. Suitable for non-dancers and dancers alike, it increases flexibility, strength and fluidity, corrects posture, refines and builds healthy patterns in the muscle memory.
Open Level is suitable for anyone who has had over a years’ experience in either contemporary dance or ballet. Championing personal development, the focus in this class is less on technique and more on the individual quality and style of movement.
Since her graduation in 2011 from the London Contemporary Dance School, Anne-Claire has been involved in both independent creative collaborations and teaching in France, England and Israel. She worked with the Kamea for two years, after which she returned to freelancing, with the creation and performances of a children's show with the Youth Theatre of Beersheva in Israel and more recently as part of a highly physical dance theatre show with UK-based Dance Ahead.
